Global Property & Construction Ltd is dedicated to the advancement of volumetric modular construction.

Led by our commercially driven, technically minded CEO Chris Lang, we work to deliver innovative, cost-effective property solutions. We can truly make a difference through client-conscious design and dynamic pricing.

How it works

From concept to turnkey, we’re there every step of the way.

We work to BIM Level 400 to design the dwelling as well as all groundworks and other ancillary items for a single property or a whole new community of different dwellings. 

Our detailed digital model is fully compliant with the building code in the destination country. 

We start groundworks on site at the same time as beginning construction at our manufacturing partner’s factory in Vietnam. This saves a lot of time on site.

14 days after delivery to site, the standalone home is ready to live in.

Social responsibility

Social responsibility is our key value.

We aim to reduce the housing shortage in developed countries with cost-effective homes built in volume.

Our factory construction teams enjoy above-average pay and benefits.

We also involve smaller local trades on our delivery projects in the destination country. We use any surplus profit generated in the destination company to provide below-market-cost housing to organisations that can deploy it.
