Exciting news…………………… our capital raise listing is now live on the Catalist platform at the following link.

Its exciting as it marks the start of a three year road to market, during which we will be:

1. completing our R&D on a very special game changing construction technology which we call finished:form and will take three weeks per floor out of a multi-story reinforced concrete build,

2. preparing marketing materials that highlight the quality of the builds, promote the use of volumetric modular construction, and how our vertically integrated design build process will save our clients’ money,

3. searching out the elusive first orders.  We are in conversation with an organisation in Nevada that deals with homeless shelters, we have reached out to the Marriot Hotel Chain and have spent time in Canada with the Canadian Government making sure that volumetric modular construction has a voice in the development of their industrial strategy for housing.

As the Founder I am committing my own personal funds to the day-to-day operational cash burn which will be in the region of $ 100k per year.  This will pay for my attendance at trade shows and conference, get me to marketing events and the general back-office costs that come with this.

We would obviously hope to hit the market sooner than year 3 and I will be out there doing what I can to make this a reality.  We need 5000 modules on order to take this company to the next level.
