Heading to Las Vegas next week for a conversation and some leadership training, this should be an interesting week.
The conversation is with an organisation that combines modular experience with a desire to make an impact on the homelessness situation in Vegas. As part of what we are planning at Global Property and Construction we are aiming to transfer the surplus generated by certain parts of the business to charitable entities that can then put it to best use.
This is a chance to learn how we can develop modules to help address this situation and also learn about the thought that goes into a safe development.
The leadership training is an update on some training I undertook twelve years ago when I was dropped into lead a team of 30 ! Its a chance to see how my experiences since then now shape my thinking.
